Good morning,

For those who have not already done so, this is the last day to complete the virtual Health & Safety survey. It should take approximately 5 minutes to complete:

It is important that you take this survey as seriously as if it were a physical Health and Safety Check. Failure to complete the form is the equivalent to failing, and charges could occur. The deadline to submit the check is tonight, Wednesday, October 21st at 11:59 PM.
