[USAO-Robertson] USAO Housing - Changes in Visitation

[USAO Housing]

Good morning,

Due to violations of our visitation policy, residents are now prohibited from visiting residence halls where they do not live. This policy begins Tuesday, September 8.

Housing has updated this policy in the Housing Guide<https://usao.edu/student-life/images-docs/2020-2021-housing-reslife-handbook.pdf>.

As a reminder, outside guests will only be approved under extreme circumstances, not for visitation purposes only.  To request permission for an off-campus guest, such as a family member, submit it to housing at usao.edu<mailto:housing at usao.edu> for review. If approved, all guests will be required to comply with all housing and university policies, including the mandatory mask policy.
