[USAO-Robertson] Winter Break

Good morning!

As a reminder, Robertson will remain open during winter break, but only for those who are registered for the spring semester. Please enroll if you have not already. All others will be asked to leave.

If you are leaving for any period of time during winter break, please complete the following tasks before doing so:

  *   Get rid of all non-perishables
  *   Empty fridge
  *   Unplug all electronics besides the fridge
  *   Make sure your windows are completely closed and locked
  *   Take out the trash
  *   Turn off all lights
  *   Lock your door

If you are NOT returning for the Spring semester, you must fill out a Room and Board Cancellation form<https://usao-gcgxy.formstack.com/forms/room_and_board_contract_cancellation_request> and complete a check-out by December 3rd at 5 pm.
