[USAO-Robertson] IMPORTANT UPDATE: Package Lockers are Ready!!

Hello everyone!

I apologize for this, but there was a mistake on the address that we assigned to the package lockers.
The actual address is 1728 S. 17th Street, Chickasha, OK 73018. Please update your addresses for packages to this address ASAP. It’s very important that this gets done as soon as humanly possible.

Some quick FAQ about the lockers:

Q: What if my package is too big to fit in the lockers?
A: You’ll receive an email to pick it up from Student Services. The 14-day hold will still apply.

Q: What will go in my mailbox at the Clubhouse?
A: Letters, magazines, official paperwork, envelopes. Occasionally, packages that come to the mailroom can go in there if they’re small enough. As a rule, packages will go in the lockers. As always, be sure to check your mailbox!!

Q: When can I pick up my package from the lockers?
A: Whenever you want! As long as it’s before the 14-day expiration date. 😊

Hello!

The time has finally come! The package lockers are up and running!

The address for packages is now 1728 W. Alabama, Chickasha, OK 73018.  All packages will be delivered to the lockers at this address.
Please continue to use the 1727 W. Alabama for flat mail such as letters, magazines, and paperwork. Do not use it for any packages or there may be a delay in receiving packages.

Whenever you get a package, it will go into the lockers located between the Student Center and Sparks Hall. You will receive an email from Packcity.
To use the lockers:

  1.  Tap on the screen.
  2.  Scan the barcode or enter the code given in the email.
  3.  Your locker will open. Grab your package.
  4.  Close the locker.

That’s it. You did it!

If you have a cell phone number on file with us, you’ll also get a text! If you would like to receive texts after getting your package and only receiving an email, just let me know and I will get it updated.

The expiration date for the packages is 14 days. The date will be listed at the bottom of the email. Once the date passes, the package will be taken out of the lockers and returned.
