[USAO-Robertson] Spring Move Out/Summer Housing Info

Good afternoon,





We're almost to summer! That means that check outs and summer move arounds are coming up!



We are here to help make the checkout process easy and this is what you need to know.

  *   All residents are required to check out within 48 hours of their last scheduled final.
  *   Graduating students, you have until Sunday, April 28th to check out of housing.
     *   Head to the RA desk at your scheduled time to complete your check out paperwork and drop off your keys.
     *   An RA will accompany you to your room to visually inspect that your room is ready for checkout and all your belongings have been removed.

  *   If you are an international student with a flight later than 24 hours after your last final, please contact the Housing Office to schedule an alternate checkout time.



  *   If you are staying in housing over the Independent Study period-
     *   Independent Study will be from April 28th to May 31st
     *   You do not need to sign up for a check out time.
     *   You will receive notification as soon as your room is ready.
     *   You will have 24 hours to move into your new assignment.



  *   Summer Session will be from June 3rd-August 7th
     *   Move in will be Sunday, June 2nd
     *   We will allow you to stay in between the Summer Session and Fall Session
