[USAO-Robertson] Meal Plan Changes, Flex Rollover Update, & Swipes

Howdy!

Good news, if you’re needing to change your meal plan, the deadline has been extended to 5 pm tomorrow. If you need to update your plan, NOW is your LAST CALL to do so!! No exceptions!!!

More good news! I have been notified today that the rollover from Fall is complete, so your flex dollar balances should be updated.

Bad news. There is an issue with the meal swipes not refreshing on Sunday. I sent in a help ticket marked as high priority to Herring Bank this morning. I am hoping they will resolve this by tomorrow. Rest assured that I’ll call to escalate if needed. 😊 I’ll email with more updates.

As you may have noticed, your flex dollars have not rolled over from the Fall, yet. I apologize for the delay.
I had sent a request to Herring Bank on the first day of classes to get this done, and have followed up with them every other day since then.
I just wanted to let you know that I am working on it, and wanted to apologize for the delay!
