[USAO-Robertson] Fall Application 2025-26 Opens Nov 1st

[USAO Housing]

Reminder: This year, the housing application for returning students will open on November 1st at 7 AM. You will log into eRez Life to fill out the application. Below is the link to log into eRez Life

For current Freshman who are planning to reapply for housing:  Please take time to log onto eRez Life to mark yourself as a returning student before the application goes out on Nov 1st. This ensures you are able to fill out the returner application.

Instructions on Changing your status on Erez Life: Head to usao.edu>Click on Student Life>Under Student Life you'll go to Housing>Scroll down and click on Returning Student Application, which will prompt you to log into your OneLogin.>Once in eRez Life, you'll hit the three horizontal lines button>Hit My Profile>Scroll down until you see the option that reads "Are you a New, returning, or Transfer Student">You will select the drop down to the right of it, and select Returning Student>Scroll down and click Save.


Please be aware that individuals are placed in order of application submission. If you are intending to be a part of a roommate group, it is important that everyone in your group fills out the application as soon as possible when it opens.

Take care when filling out the application, please be aware that going back into your application after submitting and changing details will resubmit the form, and therefore will move your application forward by the new submission date. To avoid this, you can email housing at usao.edu and we can change the form for you to avoid this.
