[USAO Housing]

All, a reminder that the 2025-2026 Housing Application is open. You will log into eRez Life and under applications and forms, click "housing overview" and you will see the Academic 2025-2026 returning students housing application. Fill out the form completely and submit your application. Below is the link to log into eRez Life:

For current Freshman who are re-applying for housing: Please take time to log onto eRez Life to mark yourself as a returning student if you haven't done so yet. This ensures you are able to fill out the returner application.

Instructions on Changing your status on Erez Life: Head to usao.edu>Click on Student Life>Under Student Life you'll go to Housing>Scroll down and click on Returning Student Application, which will prompt you to log into your OneLogin.>Once in eRez Life, you'll hit the three horizontal lines button>Hit My Profile>Scroll down until you see the option that reads "Are you a New, returning, or Transfer Student">You will select the drop down to the right of it, and select Returning Student>Scroll down and click Save.


Please be aware that individuals are placed in order of application submission. If you are intending to be a part of a roommate group, it is important that everyone in your intended group fills out the application as soon as possible when it opens.

Take care when filling out the application, please be aware that going back into your application after submitting and changing details will resubmit the form, and therefore will move your application forward by the new submission date. To avoid this, you can email housing at usao.edu<mailto:housing at usao.edu> and we can change the form for you to avoid this.
