[VoIP] Old Hosted VOIP Maintenance

I have scheduled a one hour window for hot swap hard drive replacement for 8/9 at 5:00pm on the Old Hosted VoIP Subscriber server. No down time anticipated. I have notified relevant customers and posted on GRNOC.
