[VoIP] Planned Hosted and Internal VoIP Changes

I have been communicating with Jody Steffensen at AT&T and Brian Conrad
with Presidio and we have determined the following:

1. We have two circuits that we are currently being billed for, however
these two circuits are no longer being used. The two circuit IDs in
question are: 101T1ZF OKCCOKHDW00 OKCYOKCE03T and 102T1ZFN OKCCOKHDW03
OKCYOKCE03T. Jody has verified the two circuits have no usage, but we are
being billed for them. I have verified that the PRIs are not utilized for
either internal or hosted VoIP systems.

2. We have a legacy Megacom circuit that has Digital Link service
associated with it. This circuit is currently being utilized by the
internal (OSRHE) VoIP system. AT&T is terminating all Digital Link service
on October 31, 2013. The impact of this change in service are: The rate
of any outgoing local calls on this circuit will be billed at a higher
rate. Second, calls made to toll-free numbers cannot be routed over this
circuit. Third, inbound calls to DID (Direct Inward Dial) numbers will be
disconnected and inbound calls to those numbers will not complete. In
essence when Digital Link service is discontinued the circuit will become a
Long Distance only circuit. Since we only have two circuits connected to
the Internal VoIP system and one is becoming a long distance only circuit
we don't have any redundancy for inbound or outbound calls.

Jody, Brian Conrad and I have determined the preferred solution is as
follows:

1. Terminate the two circuits that are no longer being used, which will
save close to $1,000 each month.

2. Order a new PRI that will replace the legacy Megacom circuit. The new
PRI will be placed in the same trunk group as the existing PRI. This will
provide redundancy for all inbound and outbound calls in the event one of
the PRIs goes offline. The new PRI is approximately $500 per month.

3. The new PRI will be brought online, tested and installed into the
existing internal Voice Gateway after hours.

4. The existing toll-free numbers pointing to DIDs on the legacy Megacom
circuit will be moved over to the PRI trunk group after hours.

5. The legacy megacom circuit will be terminated saving close to $500 each
month.

Thanks
