[Worldcc] First Message Test

First Message TestCliff,

I start an online course for 300(!) online faculty of University of
Maryland's University College de program on Jan. 22, and am collecting my
thoughts, so I'd like a few days before sending you introductory copy.

I'm really looking forward to this: we can start a new movement. . .or at
least expand and enrich a new one.

Question: do we want this to be a by invitation only list? Is that possible,
and desirable?

In any event, my first thoughts on invitations:community college DE faculty
whom we know; community college directors of international education and
service learning and cooperative work study; deans and vp's of instruction;
interested president; state directors of comm colleges; and so on.

And: church leaders: we're going to be talking about church basement
learning centers, here and abroad. . .

And potential funders of World Community College. . .

Thoughts on this, Cliff?
