Please see the latest information regarding the MSA sent out in July from OMES.  The legal counsels met yesterday have the advice below for our institutions.

Sheri and Von - It has been determined that the Master Service Agreement provided by OMES to Higher Education Institutions is not applicable to the institutions and that no response is deemed necessary.  Please convey to Business Officers and COiT.  Thank you.
