[Cobo] FW: Affiliate MSA Agreement

Please note that your institution should be receiving an updated version of the OMES MSA agreement that is related to an affiliate agency to replace the version sent out on July 2nd from Ms. Shauna Cole.

Legal counsel has reviewed the "affiliate" version and has determined that this is version that should be executed by our higher education institutions.  Please be aware that you should be receiving an affiliate version of the agreement and discuss with your legal counsel before signing and returning to OMES.

Shauna - After undergoing a legal review earlier today it has been determined that the revised MSA agreement that was sent to Western Oklahoma State College that refers to "Affiliate" has been approved for use by all higher education entities.  Please send the corresponding MSA "Affiliate" agreement to each of the entities for their final review and approval.  We will advise the IT and Business Officers of this decision and that they should expect to receive the proper documents (if they haven't already) from your office.  Please let me know if you have any questions.
