[COPLAC-IR] Tuition Discounting?

COPLAC IR List Members:

Our institution is looking at best practices for tuition discounting.
Would you be willing to share the percentage of stated tuition that
enrolled full-time, first-time students pay?  I would be happy to share any
results that come in.
