[COPLAC-IR] Foreign language requirement

Hi all,

BA programs at UMF do currently have a foreign language requirement, but it
is waived when the student has two years of foreign language in high school.
Given that two-years of a foreign language in high school is also an
admission requirement, the UMF foreign language requirement only affects a
limited number of students. Some majors (English, Philosophy/Religion and
International Studies) have an intermediate proficiency in a foreign
language requirement.
