[COPLAC-IR] Cooperation with Assessment in Code of Conduct

Happy Thursday all,

At the COPLAC meeting back in June, one you mentioned that student 
cooperation with assessment activities (e.g. survey completion) had been 
added to your student code of conduct.  Unfortunately, I don't remember 
whose wonderful practice it was and I'd like to look into this a little 
more and possibly suggest its consideration here.

Would you mind re-identifying yourself as the source of this great 
practice?
