[COPLAC-IR] Comparison Group for College Student Voting Study

Dear Nancy,

University of Maine at Farmington would like option #2 and would like to be
compared with the* *Council of Public Liberal Arts Colleges (COPLAC)
institutions. Many of them have said they were participating.
