[COPLAC-IR] NSSE comparison groups (delete if you're not in NSSE 14)

Hi Everyone,

University of Maine at Farmington showed up in the Consortium list as
participating in NSSE, but not the consortium, which is incorrect.

Please add us if you haven't already and thanks to everyone for pointing
out the need to look at each comparison group closely,
