Information for Higher Education Employer Processing and Reprting

Attached are examples of PFT files to assist in preparation for the change in payroll processing and reporting beginning January 1, 2016.  Please have these files available to reference on August 5th for the Q & A Session.  The descriptions of the files are:

1.  Example of PFT dat file.txt shows what the raw data file looks like.

2.  Example of PFT with Headers and Descriptions.xlsx provides detailed information about the data file.

3.  Example Payroll Claim.docx shows payroll claim detail and deductions.
