Please ensure that your payroll processes include filing this report by the 5th working day of each month as requested. Hi Sheri,

We've been getting lots of open records requests regarding statewide FTE reporting, and haven't been receiving higher ed's in a timely enough fashion to allow for accurate reporting (without caveats).

As part of the new higher education payroll process, institutions must submit an alpha list file to update the OpenBooks website each month.  The information in this file facilitates both transparency and FTE reporting.  In order to provide timely information, the OMES requests that this information be provided by the 5th working day of each month.  If you have not yet provided this information for January or February 2016, please do so.
