[Counselors] Money for extra duties??

I get an extra stipend for being the DTC, but I am the only testing coordinator for the district, no BTCs here (PK-12 small school).  My elementary principal helps a little with her 3rd-5th grade testing during the actual testing period. I have a friend that works at a similar size school. She is a math teacher and the BTC for high school, she doesn't get any extra pay.

I get what they call the counseling stipend on top of the base salary and that is all I get for all the testing prep.  I am not the DTC though- I am just my BTC (but I do everything and then hand it over to my testing administer).  I do teach a counseling class all day for two day every other week (a new class every 30 minutes).  I have only 3rd & 4th grade in my school which is about 435 students. Guymon Public Schools do pay an extra $2000 above state base salary.
