[Counselors] Money for extra duties??

[OSRHE EPAS PK-12 Counselor Discussion Board]

Ditto for us, multiple jobs.  No extra pay.  Acute stress disorder comes as a bonus.   I see why we are losing so many qualified educators to other professions and other states.
