[Counselors] Money for extra duties??

I remember when I moved from classroom to Counselors Office. Several teachers referred to me as "an administrator" and making big bucks now. They were shocked to find I got no more than I did in classroom.

 multiple jobs.  No extra pay.  Acute stress
 disorder comes as a bonus.   I see why we are losing so
 many qualified educators to other professions and other
 states.

 No I do not get an increase for
 anything I do except student information and website and it
 is very minimal. 
 I even have to teach all day on top of my counselor duties
 and only get the
 1000 for  having a master’s. I am consumed right now

 technology on top of testing because I am also the

 but most likely all
 of us are doing multiple jobs with little or no
