[Counselors] Money for extra duties??

No extra pay here.  I took a 2000.00 cut in pay because I was career tech!

I remember when I moved from classroom to Counselors Office. Several
teachers referred to me as "an administrator" and making big bucks now. They
were shocked to find I got no more than I did in classroom.

 multiple jobs.  No extra pay.  Acute stress  disorder comes as a bonus.   I
see why we are losing so  many qualified educators to other professions and
other  states.

 would like to compare what I am currently making to be DTC  with some of
you  guys out there.  Do you get a base salary % increase,  stipend, time
sheet,  or is it just part of your regular salary  duties?

 Also
 do you teach a class and get extra pay?
