[Counselors] DHS workers and Juvenile Officers

[OSRHE EPAS PK-12 Counselor Discussion Board]

We require professional verification and written request for the first visitation. We normally inform the parents unless there is a specific reason not to. We also let the student decide wheather the students wants us in the area

DHS is usually at the school investigating abuse/neglect and I believe we are required by state law to let them visit with the students.
