[Counselors] Question regarding Honor Society

[OSRHE EPAS PK-12 Counselor Discussion Board]

Oklahoma HOnor Society is based on last year's 2nd semester and this year's
first.  Both semesters have to be all A's.  Yes, freshman can be in OHS
based on 8th and 9th semester's grades.
