[Counselors] Field testing what percentage of students

OSRHE EPAS PK-12 Counselor Discussion Board counselors at lists.onenet.net

I called and asked how we designated the OAAP students.  I was told to send it in blank.  I am wondering how they will know which are blank b/c of OAAP and which are blank b/c of absences.
