[Counselors] Field testing what percentage of students

[OSRHE EPAS PK-12 Counselor Discussion Board]

I can speak as Testing Coordinator for grades 6-8... CTB compares with Pierson (OAAP testing company) to note those OAAP students who are tested.  You also note that on individual student online test information.  I did not note Absent online or on the Answer Document as that will be handled by the Special Ed Teacher with her documentation.

I called and asked how we designated the OAAP students.  I was told to send it in blank.  I am wondering how they will know which are blank b/c of OAAP and which are blank b/c of absences.
