This link will take you to a very good sight from Colorado.  The particular
webcast is about assessing ELL students for learning disabilities.  It is
about 45 minutes in length, but is very interesting.  There are a number of
good links to subject area and grade level lessons for non ELL students as
well.  (Activities, Lesson plans, and other resources.)
