[Counselors] Transcript EOI scores

Counselors,
I asked Melissa White to clarify EOI scores on transcripts.  She said the attachment is what was sent out last October regarding this issue.  Please make sure that you are on her list serv as they send out information by email; her email address is  Melissa.White at sde.ok.gov

The law states highest attained EOIs scores must go on the transcript. I know several districts will place "exempt" when appropriate and * or "met alt" after the proficiency rate to indicate that the student has shown proficiency somehow/someway. It is a local decision on that or how they indicate proficiency. I have attached the document used last Oct.
