[Counselors] Transcript EOI scores

[OSRHE EPAS PK-12 Counselor Discussion Board]

The original grade should never be removed from a transcript. If you are replacing a failed course with a proficient test score, the competencies should be transcript in additional to the original grade earned. It should look the same as when a student failed a course, then took the course over in summer school. Both grades are reflected on the transcript. :)
