[Counselors] Substitute Procedure Packet and Training

[OSRHE EPAS PK-12 Counselor Discussion Board]

I am in a PLC group that is researching practices that work so that we may
revamp our current substitute teacher practices. We have noticed some
inconsistencies and realize that a consistent plan and practice should
remedy most issues. I am looking for any and all paperwork or explanation
of practices in training, standards, and procedures that work in your
