[Counselors] AIDS Education

I emailed Melissa White at OSDE. She said it is actually a federal requirement. I pasted her comments below.
There is a Federal requirement. I have the county nurse come in after testing and she comes into my 8th grade science classes and gives lessons on HIV, sexually transmitted diseases and abstinence.
