  9th:  Oklahoma history (one semester) and Government (one semester)
10th:  World History (two semesters)
11th or 12th:  US History

These are the 3 credits required for graduation.

We are wanting to revamp our course requirements for history classes, specifically where our government is placed and its length.

Currently we have 1/2 credit in freshman year but history teachers are proposing 1 credit in senior year. The district administration need more information of what others are doing and the pros and cons seen.
