[Counselors] Testing Tickets

Our test coordinator prints the 27 on the Avery 5160 and said she had no
problems with it. Once printed on the labels, she places them on index
cards and color codes the cards so that someone absent in a subject is more
easily sorted when scheduling the make-up test. (She uses the same process
for EOIs.)
