[Counselors] Student Folders

[OSRHE EPAS PK-12 Counselor Discussion Board]

There are specific rules and guidelines in the law of what must be kept and
for how long. We give all other information in the file to the students.
(This does not include my notes from counseling sessions.) If we don't give
it back, our files are crazy full.
