[Counselors] Student Folders

I'm also a new counselor so this is good information to know. What rules and guidelines in which law, Ms. Martin? I may have shredded some things too early :/

 There are specific rules and guidelines in the law of what must be kept and for how long. We give all other information in the file to the students. (This does not include my notes from counseling sessions.) If we don't give it back, our files are crazy full.
