[Counselors] 2 week test reports

[OSRHE EPAS PK-12 Counselor Discussion Board]

Has anyone heard when our 2 week score reports will be posted.  I had understood it would be today, but so far they are not posted.

There are specific rules and guidelines in the law of what must be kept and for how long. We give all other information in the file to the students. (This does not include my notes from counseling sessions.) If we don't give it back, our files are crazy full.

Another new counselor question.....I have my "Student Counselor Folders", which contained copies of all their test scores, copies of any letters I sent home, plan of study, you get the idea. :)  How much do you keep for your records and how much do you give to the students or shred?
