[Counselors] Shared Document on Behavior Issues

[OSRHE EPAS PK-12 Counselor Discussion Board]

Does anyone use any kind of shared document (like Google) where teachers
can input behavior incidents so that other teachers know what to watch for?
I'm thinking this wouldn't violate confidentiality because only those with
an educational interest in the students would have access. If anyone uses
anything like this, will you please share? And if any of you have thoughts
on this, please share those as well.
