[Counselors] Reading Test not on computer

[OSRHE EPAS PK-12 Counselor Discussion Board]

I'm looking to buy a reading test to use for students who need a passing (GE 8.0) score for the driver's license requirement. Does anyone have a recommendation of one that is cost efficient, takes less than an hour to administer, easy to score (paper-not computer based) and is not STAR? AND a school counselor can order through the school?
