[Counselors] Tutor for a 3rd grader in Mid-Del area

Do you know of a teacher/counselor who would be interested in tutoring a 3rd grade girl in reading who lives in the Mid-Del area? Could be after school or on Saturdays, would bring her to library or other location. I have a grandmother who is inquiring.
