[Counselors] Gifted

[OSRHEStudent Prep PK-12 Counselor Discussion Board]

Are there any high school counselors that would share their gifted/talented
policy and a rubric to determine criteria II students.  We currently use
most of our budget to pay for concurrent college classes, but we would like
to revamp and look at other options.
