[Counselors] Medical Marijuana policy

[OSRHEStudent Prep PK-12 Counselor Discussion Board]

Our policy basically says that the MM cannot be stored on school grounds
and school personnel cannot dispense it. A parent has to come to the
school, take the child outside, administer the meds, and return the student
to the building.
