[Counselors] program IntelliSpark and ScholarCentric?

Is anyone familiar with or using a program called IntelliSpark and ScholarCentric to track and provide student support? We recently met with a representative from the company and were impressed, but since it's quite pricey we would like some information about how it's working in other schools before we proceed with purchasing.
