[Counselors] OPI score guidance

[OSRHEStudent Prep PK-12 Counselor Discussion Board]

We have had a few discussion about OPI scores and I wanted to clarify some information. Right now it is up to local control how your district transcripts US History and Science assessments since there is not a score available. Once one becomes available it will be added to the transcript guidance from SDE. As of now, districts just need to transcribe that those two assessments were attempted and it should be in local policy the language you use to do so. I am attaching the SDE transcript guidance document for your reference.  It has a lot of good information.
