[Counselors] ICAP Documentation Responses

Just wondering what others are doing with their ICAP results?

How are you tracking ICAP?  Are there any schools that are putting the results yearly in their SIS system?  Wengage?  I am looking for an easier way to track progress, and also have it readily available to send to other schools when a student transfers to another district.

We are using the back of the credit check that can be found on the state department's website and have also made up a form of our own to use when we need to send information to another school that lists the requirements with the ones completed checked off. It doesn't take but a few minutes to fill it out. We are hoping next year that we will be able to input the information into PowerSchool.

I have made a Google Sheets document for each grade level with names and each required documentation and then I put a check mark next to each one as it is finished.  I also share this document with our principal and teachers.

We use okcollegestart.org website and activities. I track it through there. We do not put anything on the transcript, but do have the tracking report available to our auditor when he comes.

I asked the same question at the Regents meeting last month.  The consensus there was that people were putting it on there once -  senior year.
I am using the Transcript statement that was put out last year.

Not a Counselor, but run our ICAP.  If you use OkCollegeStart, the information will transfer with the student.  Student, if I remember correctly, has to link the school accounts from their end.  The people at OkCollegeStart might be able to help with this.

I was just thinking this morning of asking this question on this forum. We use OKcollegestart and I have not found an EASY way to track this to record it in Wengage. Pulling the information multiple times, a year will cause double or triple work having to find kids,  progress, was it already put on their transcript, etc. There is no great report that I have found in that system to help with this. I need ideas too! Choctaw sent something yesterday when they requested a student's records. I liked it so I am copying it and making it for us. It is attached. I have also seen one other district send the OK SDE graduation form, like this:

But still a pain to look at each kid every quarter or semester. Am I overthinking this?
