Hi folks,

I hope you had a wonderful weekend.  I got to see the performance of 
"Grease" at Wilburton High School Friday night and really enjoyed it.  
You could tell the kids were having fun at it.  I really hope to see 
several of these talented young people attending Eastern in a year or two.

Then last night I got to attend Candlelighting here on campus.  It was a 
beautiful performance and Mr. Enis and his group did a wonderful job, as 
usual. 

Don't forget tomorrow is our Employees Potluck Christmas Luncheon in the 
Ballroom from 11:30 to 1:00.  Bring something yummy and join us to enjoy 
good food and good friends getting together to celebrate the Christmas 
season. 

And tomorrow from what I hear, it should be cold enough to make us 
believe it really is almost Christmas!  32 degrees is the predicted high 
temperature with snow possible!  That's quite a difference from the 
predicted 60's today.

Slightly belated birthday wishes go out for yesterday to Mrs. Marilynn 
Duncan and Mr. Phillip Hawthorne, and birthday wishes for today go out 
to Leah Spencer of the Nursing Dept.  I hope they all enjoy their big day.

Our menu for today includes:
                Hamburger steak
                Mashed potatoes and gravy
                Rice
                Steamed cabbage
                Zucchini and tomatoes
                Corn
                Baked potato bar
                Hot dogs
                French fries
                Hot rolls

And for dessert, satisfy your sweet tooth with our Ice Cream and Toppings.
