Hi folks,

Wow, Spring is really upon us!  I noticed several different trees and 
shrubs in bloom this weekend, not to mention all the little wildflowers 
sprinkled around throughout lawns that I've been noticing for a while 
now.  Spring Break is just a few weeks away, and I'm ready! 

If you're in the mood for some music, (and who's not?), you won't want 
to miss the percussion lecture and performance given by Music Director 
Patrick Moore Tuesday evening at 6:00 in Mitchell Auditorium.  Admission 
is free and you're guaranteed to be impressed and entertained with his 
wonderful percussion skills.  

Lunch menus for the week of Mon. Feb. 27 to Fri. March 2.

Monday:        Hamburger steak, mashed potatoes and brown gravy, peas, 
Normandy blend vegetables, hot rolls, spinach, tomato bisque soup, 
carrot cake

Tuesday:        Pork chops or cube steak, mashed potatoes  and gravy, 
blackeyed peas, fried okra, winter blend veggies, hot rolls, assorted pies

Wednesday:    Meatloaf, scalloped potatoes, broccoli spears, corn, baby 
carrots, hot rolls, peach cobbler

Thursday:        Pit ham, mashed potatoes and gravy, pinto beans, 
mustard greens, cornbread,  two-handed cookies

Friday:            Fish sticks or hamburgers, potato wedges, fried okra, 
corn on the cob, baked beans, brownies
