[Eoscstudents] Menus for Mon. Jan. 21 to Fri. Jan. 25

Hi folks,
 
No classes are scheduled for today in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, allowing students to study, sleep in or stay home an extra day or two, and much of the faculty to attend the Spring Assessment Forum in the Ballroom this morning. 
 
On Tuesday, the Mobile Mammography van will be on campus, in front of the Student Center.  Also on Tuesday, the Staff Council will hold their monthly meeting at 2:00 in the Library Conference Room.  Everyone is welcome to attend.  
 
This Thursday, our Mountaineers and Lady Mountaineers will take on Connors State in our Fieldhouse at 6:00 and 8:00.  
 
Our Lunch menus for the week include:
 
Monday:  Meatloaf, mashed potatoes and gravy, baby carrots, green beans, hot rolls, peach cobbler, or corndogs and fries.
 
Tuesday:  Pork loin, buttered potatoes, gravy, lima beans, brusssels sprouts, hot rolls, coconut or butterscotch pie.
 
Wednesday:  Lasagna, corn on the cob, broccoli spears, garlic bread, baked potato bar, chocolate cake.
 
Thursday:  King Ranch chicken, pinto beans, fried squash, hot rolls or cornbread, cookies.
 
Friday:  BBQ or fish on a bun, potato wedges, macaroni and cheese, fried okra, brownies.
 
Dinner menus include:
 
Monday:  Chicken pot pie, or ham and cheese sandwich, fries, California blend veggies, ice cream and toppings.
 
Tuesday:  Meatball subs and chips, or fish and fries, macaroni and cheese, green beans, brownies.
 
Wednesday:  Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, corn, baked beans, biscuits or burritos with chili and cheese, ice cream and toppings.
 
Thursday:  Brisket, steamed red potatoes, baby carrots, fresh cauliflower and cheese sauce, or chicken wraps with chips, ice cream and toppings.
 
Friday:  Cyber Cafe.
