Residence Hall and Apartment Move-In for Fall 2020


Due to COVID-19, there are several changes to this year's move-in process
for residential students. Please read the following information carefully.

Residential students will have the option to move-in early, before classes
start, to help reduce the amount of people moving into residence halls and
apartments at the same time. Students must select an appointment time to
schedule their arrival. 

*	Move-In Dates are Aug. 3 - Aug. 9 
*	Meal service in the Cafeteria will begin on Aug. 5 
*	All students must  <https://calendly.com/eosc_housing/fall2020>
schedule their move-in appointment in advance using the Calendly app
*	Students are allowed one helper on move-in day 
*	Students and their helpers will be required to complete brief health
screenings and temperature checks upon arrival 
*	Students and their helpers will be required to wear a face
covering/mask when social distancing is not possible 
*	Students will first check in at their residence hall with their
Residence Hall Coordinator or RA before beginning the move-in process

Before a student will be assigned a residence hall room, the following items
must be received in the Office of Student Services. All forms are part of
the Housing Application packet. Please complete all forms and send to the
Office of Student Services before your arrival.
